One of my favorite month long readathons is upon us! I have to be honest. I didn’t think I’d make a lot of reading progress this week at all. I am Team Undead. Our “weakness” is that I could only read at night for the first days. Luckily, I’m a night owl. So things have worked out really well.

My Activity This Week:

Sometimes I wonder if reading is a part-time job for me. LOL!!! If only I got paid for reading.

I think I made pretty decent progress considering. Especially since it was my first week on calls all day long. I really did way better than I thought I would if I’m being honest. I really feel like this company is a good fit for me. I see to be a good fit for the company as well. Well shall see!

My Activity This Week:

When I look at my hours on the progress chapter, I’m really amazed. Some weeks I basically read a “full-time” shift. Some weeks I’m more part-time. Either way, it’s really informative.

I was thinking that I had a slow week. Then I saw this and I’m kind of shocked at exactly how much progress I made during the week! To be fair, I have been working all week! It’s been a great work week at that!

I’ve decided that I’m going to start sharing the screenshots of the progress for the week rather than writing it all out. It will share a bit more insights, and honestly, I think it looks a lot neater as well. I’ll talk about how I feel about the progress too.

It’s been a pretty “lazy” week. At least where reading is concerned. I read, but I didn’t read too much. It was my first week of training. My focus pretty much went on that. There’s one more week of training. After that, I have a week of nesting and then it’s to my normal shift. Once I get adapted to work, I’m sure my reading will go back to normal.

I was worried that I’d be in a major slump after getting home from Tennessee. I was wrong. I’m happy for that. While I didn’t read as much as I’d normally read, I still read quite a bit. I’m also getting back into my routine more and more every day.

I wanted to try my best to get as ahead of reading as I could before leaving for Tennessee. I knew I’d have more down time in Tenessee than I did in Savannah, but I still wanted to make sure just in case. I always plan for down time and most of the time I never get it.
