This set of pictures has one of my favorite pictures of all times to color. I love all of them. I have a major appreciation for art. It’s just something about the moment that the picture captures. The beauty of it. I can’t explain it any more than that.

I’ve had a pretty busy week and have hardly touched my iPad or any of my coloring books. Things seem to have calmed down. We shall see!

Some weeks I want to color non stop for hours. Some weeks I don’t color at all. I’m happy for the extra projects I have for the weeks I don’t want to color. I love that all but two of these were part of the good cause projects!

I loved the Make a Wish and Meal on Wheels things they had going. I was so thankful to be able to color all of the pictures from them. It got me thinking about how I wish I could volunteer more time to being there for people who don’t really have anybody in their life. Even if it’s just for a couple hours a week talking to them. I will have to find a way to make that a thing.

I really enjoy coloring. While I would prefer to actually color, I’m glad that I have a way of coloring when I can’t do it with markers and crayons. I do wish that coloring were a bit more interactive with this app. I don’t mind the color by number part. I just want to be able to color like they show in their ads these days.

I really love the special coloring projects for fundraisers. It warms my heart. I’m glad that I got a chance to color these. I’m also glad that Happy Color is donating to both of these causes. I’ve colored all of the Make A Wish pictures. I’m working on the Meals on Wheels one.

They are doing photos on the app to support organizations. I’m not sure if they are adding more, but so far they have Meals on Weals and Make a Wish. It really hit my heart and I just had to color and display some of the photos that I’ve colored from them. I’ve also really enjoyed reading the little pieces that come with each photo. I love the Happy Color app!

It’s interesting that half of this week’s chosen pictures for the blog are food related. I seem to be really surrounded by food online and via advertisements while I don’t really have a lot of food! LOL. Things happen I guess. Great pictures though!!!!!

Sometimes, these pictures that I color on the app make me want to get out a pencil and a sketchpad and just draw to my heart’s content. Then I remember quickly that I do not have any artistic talent at all. I bet my mom could make wonderful coloring books. It’s something worth talking with her about.
